Describe yourself in a few lines?

My name is Nuti Bhalla. I head the sales here for vCommission. So, practically, we are the first face of vCommission, and that’s the first impression. And, we make sure that we are beautiful.

Do you remember your first day in the office ? Describe

Recalling my first day in vCommission matlab 6 month hone wale hain. But, coming from a corporate to a family grown business, it was a very hilarious day for me because I was introduced to a family member in each department. So, I have to really train my mind there.

At Work

What role does vCommission’s company culture play in your identity and the work that you do?

I think I, as a personality, bring a lot of flamboyance and vibrance to my work. The culture of vCommission is also very flamboyant and vibrant. It blends with my personality and role, and it really helps me.

If you had to rename a designation with a quirky name, what would it be?

There is no need to think much about it. In my opinion, Koulik is the one person who should be named executive assistant. Or, we can also call him chief everything officer because Koulik is multitasking and the one we can rely upon in all circumstances.

Getting Personal

What interesting collection do you have or anything that you would like to start collecting? What is your favorite color and how does that color make you feel?

I have been working for 15 years and have not saved a single penny. So, I think I have to work for another 15 years to have in-built collections for myself. But, personally, I would like to have a collection of designer bags.

I follow Sadhguru's quotes a lot. I think he is an intelligent leader and a guru. Everyone should follow one preacher. I am impressed by the way he is leading his life. There is a quote by Sadhguru that inspires me a lot i.e. If you resist change, you resist life, which means life is what comes,and as it comes. We should go with the flow.
