September 28th was a celebration of our people, our achievements, and the spirit that drives us. The event began with a special moment, as our Managing Director, Mahindra Bhargava, lit the ceremonial lamps, symbolizing the ignition of the evening and the passion that fuels our success. As the light flickered, the excitement in the room magnified the anticipation and the shared commitment to making this evening unforgettable.
When the department heads took the stage, it wasn’t just a run-through of numbers but a showcase of wins and challenges. While there were some impressive figures, who doesn’t appreciate hearing about a solid quarter? However, what truly captured the audience’s attention was, “We’re not stopping here. This is just the beginning!”
Each team brought their unique flair to the table. They shared their grand visions, and each plan was so detailed you could see the hard work and the fire of determination brimming in them. But the most exhilarating part was the vibe in the room, where everyone was ready to gear up for the challenges ahead. The energy was so profound that you wouldn’t stop wondering, “Nobody could stop up if this is how we are starting!”
When we thought the evening was coming close, our hosts stepped in to save the day. They introduced us to a “unique awards ceremony”, a perfect mix of suspense, laughter, and eccentric titles for our members. The rules were clear — we had 10 seconds to guess who deserved the title out of the nominees announced. The room cheered with laughter as titles began circulating, including:
With the ceremony, it was amusing to see how much our core values contributed to our success. It is as if the motto “Work Hard and Party Harder” inspired our souls. The pleasure of working hard together as a team and celebrating the success later not only ignited my passion but imbibed a feeling of contentment.
Following the moments of laughter and levity, we transitioned to the main event —an insightful and valuable session from our founders, Tarang and Parul Bhargava. On the stage, they reflected on the current position of vCommission, our accomplishments and what lies ahead of us.
Our leaders inspired us with their broad vision while reminding us that there are plenty of opportunities ahead and challenges we’ll need to tackle. And the room filled with a sense of renewed energy and enthusiasm. You could almost hear the collective cheering, “Alright, let’s do this!” as they wrapped up, leaving us all pumped for the celebration and excitement for awards to come.
It was the segment we all have been waiting for — the awards ceremony. This was the time to recognize our top performers and acknowledge the loyal team members who’ve been with us through every situation.
As each award was handed out, it wasn’t just about celebrating individual wins but rejoicing in teamwork and determination. Every win felt like a shared victory as if the whole team had somehow contributed by offering support, ideas, or positivity.
No event existed in the history of vCommission without an element of enjoyment! This brings us to Junoon Night, a themed celebration of our team efforts and individuals. That evening, while the gentlemen looked impeccable in their classic black attire, the ladies illuminated the room in an elegant red dress.
The hosts started with some entertaining song-and-dance games that had us all stepping into our party shoes. As the night progressed, amidst the grooving, we were treated to a grand feast of exquisite dishes that left us eager to indulge and made the evening unforgettable.
The atmosphere transitioned from professional to exuberant as the dance floor became the gathering point. One moment, colleagues were engaged in lighthearted conversation at the bar, and the next, they were drawn to the floor for an impromptu dance-off. It was lively and entertaining and served as a perfect reminder that, as a team, we bring energy and enthusiasm—whether in the workplace or on the dance floor.
