Years with vCommission
Associate Manager - Affiliate Growth
Well, it all began with me nervously filling out an online math test as part of the application process. I was pretty anxious about it, considering my less-than-stellar math skills, but somehow, I managed to crack it and proceeded to the next round with Sandra. Walking into the vCommission office for the first time was a professional and exhilarating experience. I was greeted by a floor filled with people working and socializing. The warm and helpful atmosphere made my initial days at vCommission much easier.
vCommission's culture is something I'm truly proud of. It's been a smooth journey with its fair share of ups and downs, but what stands out is the open and feedback-oriented environment. The company not only welcomes feedback but actively works on it. The emphasis on work-life balance is a real plus, making it a fantastic place to grow professionally.
My advice would be to embrace the open feedback culture and the learning opportunities vCommission offers. Remember, there will always be ups and downs in any organization, but how you handle them is crucial. The management team is there to support and guide you, and the potential for growth and learning here is immense.
I'd go for being invisible. Sometimes, I think about how I could help my friends and family without drawing attention to myself. Plus, I'd love to observe and understand what's happening around me without being noticed. It would add an intriguing flavor to life.
I'd give anything to go back to my good old school days. Those were the times when I had peace of mind, a carefree nature, and endless fun with my friends. It's truly the golden period in anyone's life when parents take care of you, and you just enjoy life to the fullest.
How do you feel about your manager and the team?
I've had the privilege of working under the same manager, Puneet Rohaj, since I joined vCommission. He's like two sides of a coin – a dedicated professional in the office and a big brother outside. During parties and gatherings, he ensures everyone has fun and gets home safely. Puneet and I share a great equation, and we make a pretty effective team.
