My name is Puneet Rohaj. I have been with vCommission for the last seven years. I am the senior manager of the publisher team in Mohali.
Overall, it has been a great experience. I get growth in terms of career and position. Also, I have put in a lot of effort and provided input to the company. So, there is a simple mantra to stay long in the organization. There is a solution to every problem. Where there's a will, there's a way.
Being single for the last five years, thankfully, I have been TL for 12 ladies on my team. But Neha, Simmi, and Arshia directly report to me, and it's a good experience working with them. It's an art to manage three ladies all at onces.
So, there is a simple mantra to stay long in the organization. There is a solution to every problem. Where there's a will, there's a way.
The best experience means I am getting growth in terms of experience and participation in the organization every year. So, the best thing for me is that I have my say in everything.
If you would have an extra hour of free time everyday, how would you use it?
It will become difficult for me to pass the extra one hour as I find spending even these 24 hours troublesome. Still, if I get an extra hour, I will be overthinking the entire day.
Surround yourself with people who feel happy with your success, and make 2-3 close relationships where there are no conditions or boundation.
